Speculations are rife as the curtains dropped on the latest round of deputy-level talks between Iran and the P5+1 group of world powers on Tuesday. But among the certainties, as testified by the ongoing negotiations, is that the Western concoction of the “pressure-talks dual-track policy” against Iran has been woefully fruitless.
